Warranty Policy

if you're using paypal, only you process your reservation and enter your username and password to make the payment.

If you do not use paypal, do not worry just processed your reservation, you will open the sale of paypal and select from the bottom, pay by credit or debit card, fill out the form data and ready.

We accept bank deposit, deposit data request

Once your deposit has been made send us your file via mail or fax and we will send you your booking number and itinerary (if they hire any Tour).

* It requires at least 1 night deposit with 5 days time limit for the deposit and send the voucher to the hotel.

Check In and Out

Rooms are available for the customer from 15:00. the rooms will not be delivered before the agreed schedule, unless the assigned room is available.

Rooms must be vacated at 13:00. If the customer requires additional time for your departure, you must request it at the reception, and will be granted a maximum of an hour without charge and subject to availability. It is worth mentioning that if the customer extends its output will make direct charge of 50% to 100% on our rack rate, depending on the additional time it has taken

Cancellation policy

Extra person Policy

Child Policy

Children are considered up to 11 years. Children from 12 years are charged as adults.
